Lieferzeiten:
Deutschland: 1-3 Werktage
Europa: 3-7 Werktage
Weltweit (außer Europa): 5-14 Werktage (je nach Zielland)
Die angegebenen Lieferzeiten sind ungefähre Werte und gelten ab Versand der Ware.
Hinweis:
Die angegebenen Lieferzeiten sind unverbindliche Schätzungen. Verzögerungen durch Feiertage, Zollabfertigung, lokale Zustelldienste oder sonstige Umstände außerhalb unseres Einflussbereichs sind möglich.
Versandkosten:
Versandkosten werden im Warenkorb und an der Kasse angezeigt und sind abhängig vom Zielland. Der Versand erfolgt je nach Zielregion als Briefsendung (Deutschland) oder als DHL Päckchen (international, bis 2 kg).
Für internationale Sendungen gelten die Zoll- und Einfuhrbestimmungen des Ziellandes. Eventuell anfallende Zölle, Steuern oder zusätzliche Gebühren sind vom Empfänger zu tragen.
Sollten sich im Einzelfall aufgrund der Lieferadresse (z. B. abgelegene Regionen, Sondergebiete oder nicht eindeutig zuordenbare Zielorte) abweichende Versandkosten ergeben, werden wir Sie vor dem Versand darüber informieren. In diesem Fall haben Sie die Möglichkeit, den angepassten Versandkosten zuzustimmen oder die Bestellung kostenfrei zu stornieren. Erfolgt keine Zustimmung, wird die Bestellung nicht versendet und vollständig erstattet.
Lieferung:
Die Lieferung erfolgt nur in die von uns angebotenen Länder. Sollte eine Lieferung an eine angegebene Adresse aus logistischen oder rechtlichen Gründen nicht möglich sein, kommt kein Versand zustande; bereits geleistete Zahlungen werden in diesem Fall vollständig erstattet.
Lieferungen an Packstationen oder Postfächer erfolgen nur, sofern der jeweilige Versanddienstleister dies unterstützt.

The stated delivery times are approximate and apply from the time the goods are dispatched.

The stated delivery times are non-binding estimates. Delays may occur due to public holidays, customs processing, local delivery services, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are displayed in the shopping cart and at checkout and depend on the destination country. Shipping is carried out as letter mail within Germany and as DHL small parcel shipments (international, up to 2 kg).
For international shipments, the customs and import regulations of the destination country apply. Any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees that may arise must be borne by the recipient.
If, in individual cases, the delivery address (e.g. remote areas, special territories, or unclear destination assignments) results in different shipping costs, we will inform you before dispatch. You have the option to accept the adjusted shipping cost or cancel your order free of charge. If you do not agree, the shipment will not be carried out and any payments made will be fully refunded.
Delivery:
Delivery is only available to the countries we offer shipping to. If delivery to a specified address is not possible for logistical or legal reasons, the shipment will not be carried out and any payments made will be fully refunded.
Delivery to parcel lockers or P.O. boxes is only possible where supported by the respective shipping provider.
